This Limited Warranty explains the warranty coverage, conditions, exclusions, customer responsibilities, and available remedies associated with your purchase.

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Current Motion Carts warrants to the original purchaser that each eligible new golf cart purchased directly from us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.

Warranty coverage generally ranges from three (3) months to one (1) year, depending on the manufacturer and specific model. Complete warranty details are included with the manufacturer’s documentation or are available upon request from our customer support team.

This Limited Warranty applies only to qualifying golf carts purchased directly from Current Motion Carts.

Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty service, you must:

• Be the original purchaser.
• Have purchased the golf cart directly from Current Motion Carts.
• Provide valid proof of purchase (invoice or sales receipt).
• Operate and maintain the golf cart according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Ensure the golf cart has not been modified beyond factory specifications.

2. What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear & Routine Maintenance

• Normal wear and tear
• Tires, brakes, belts, bulbs, filters, batteries, and other routine service items
• Damage resulting from improper or insufficient maintenance

Misuse or Negligence

• Improper operation, handling, or storage
• Accidents, collisions, abuse, fire, vandalism, or environmental damage
• Overloading beyond the manufacturer’s recommended capacity
• Installation or use of incompatible or unauthorized parts

Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications

• Modifications to mechanical or electrical systems
• Removal or alteration of safety devices or speed controls
• Repairs performed by unauthorized service providers

Cosmetic Damage

This warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections such as:

• Scratches
• Paint chips
• Minor dents
• Fading
• Surface corrosion
• Other non-performance-related cosmetic issues

Additional Exclusions

Warranty coverage does not include:

• Water damage or flooding
• Damage caused by submersion
• Commercial, rental, or fleet use unless approved in writing
• Damage resulting from abuse, neglect, or improper storage

3. Limited Remedy

If a warranty claim is approved, Current Motion Carts may, at its discretion and in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s warranty:

• Repair defective components
• Replace eligible defective parts at no charge
• Assist customers with manufacturer warranty claims
• Replace eligible components according to manufacturer guidelines

Customer Responsibilities

Unless otherwise required by law or specifically included under the applicable warranty, customers are responsible for:

• Labor charges associated with repairs
• Removal and installation costs
• Shipping and transportation expenses
• Returning the golf cart to Current Motion Carts or an authorized service provider

The customer assumes responsibility for any loss or damage during return shipping until the product is received.

Exclusive Remedy

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the remedies described in this Limited Warranty are the customer’s sole and exclusive remedies.

4. Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, Current Motion Carts shall not be liable for:

• Loss of use
• Loss of income
• Business interruption
• Rental expenses
• Transportation or towing costs
• Incidental damages
• Indirect damages
• Special or consequential damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Current Motion Carts shall not exceed the original purchase price of the golf cart.

5. Warranty Conditions & Customer Responsibilities

Authorized Repairs

All warranty repairs must be performed by Current Motion Carts or an authorized service provider.

Maintenance Recommendations

To maintain warranty eligibility, customers should:

• Perform the initial inspection within the first six weeks of ownership.
• Schedule routine maintenance approximately every six months during regular use.
• Complete a comprehensive annual inspection.

Proper Care

Customers are encouraged to:

• Keep the golf cart clean and properly stored.
• Remove dirt, debris, moisture, and mud after use.
• Follow all manufacturer instructions regarding charging, cleaning, storage, and maintenance.
• Avoid improper lubrication, especially near braking components.

Inspection Requirements

Golf carts submitted for warranty evaluation should be returned in a reasonably clean condition to allow for proper inspection, particularly for structural or frame-related claims.

Conditions That May Void Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage may be void if:

• Unauthorized repairs are performed.
• Non-approved or incompatible parts are installed.
• Components are disassembled contrary to manufacturer guidelines.
• Safety features or speed-limiting devices are removed, modified, or disabled.

Nothing contained in this Limited Warranty is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local laws.
